Hello, thank you for taking the time to read about us! I am Robert Lofthouse a Director of Online Ecommerce Ltd which is a family business specialising in the design, and operation of online ecommerce retailing stores within the motor trade. We are a Vat Registered Limited Company.

My family have been involved in the motor trade for over ten years. Several years ago Plyline UK Ltd was formed offering mobile van plylining and accessories to both trade and retail customers. In 2005 we launched our first online store selling our own manufactured products. Due to the success of the Plyline UK online store we decided to launch Online Ecommerce Ltd as a unique and totally separate business to Plyline UK Ltd.

We have progressed very quickly in 2008, seeing the launch of 5 new websites selling van and commercial vehicle accessories. Each website focuses on a main brand with the sites delivery charges aligned to the manufacturer's carriage charges. You can see details of our websites on the useful links page.

We fully understand that some customers are still nervous about purchasing online so please don't hesitate to contact us. All of our websites are secure (https padlock) and credit and debit card payments are processed via SecureTrading and PayPal. This means that we never see any of your credit card details and it’s safer than giving your credit card details over the phone to someone you have never met.

Our websites support MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa which have been implemented by your Debit / Credit card issuer for your online security. Please do not hesitate to contact your card issuer if you have any questions or queries about MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa. We always prefer it if you purchase online as this saves time processing orders and we don't see your card details.

We have focused heavily on customer service only supplying products from suppliers that we know and trust and who carry stock. Most importantly they must offer manufacturer's guarantees with their products. Most of our suppliers are leading brand names within the commercial vehicle industry.

Because we buy at trade prices direct from the manufacturer who dispatch the products out on our behalf we are able to offer very competitive prices which are lower than the suggested selling prices and recommended retail prices. Our prices are even cheaper than the well known auction sites. All our sites offer a price promise to try and beat any like for like product listed on our competitor's websites where possible.

We are always looking to further expand our business by adding tried and tested products to our websites, and during 2009 we intend to launch our first websites outside the motor industry.
